Azi am implinit o luna fara facebook, cu trei mici exceptii.
*Nu-i nicio minune, nu este ceva greu sau ciudat, pur si simplu doar va reamintesc ca acolo nu ma gasiti o vreme:-)
Nu tu pseudostiinta, nu tu timp pierdut aiurea, nu tu comentarii ciudate…pauza asta devine tot mai interesanta si placuta.
&
Nu, nu sunt pe instagram, nu am treaba pe twitter sau linkedIn, si nu ma intereseaza sa fiu pe niciun forum indiferent de tematica – sunt o acritura antisociala care isi apreciaza tot mai mult timpul.

So, merg mai departe, asa cum am spus pana in 2016 (candva) nu ma intorc in lumea socializarii virtuale.

THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION OF YOUR LIFE

Everybody wants what feels good. Everyone wants to live a carefree, happy and easy life, to fall in love and have amazing sex and relationships, to look perfect and make money and be popular and well-respected and admired and a total baller to the point that people part like the Red Sea when you walk into the room.

Everyone would like that — it’s easy to like that.

If I ask you, “What do you want out of life?” and you say something like, “I want to be happy and have a great family and a job I like,” it’s so ubiquitous that it doesn’t even mean anything.

A more interesting question, a question that perhaps you’ve never considered before, is what pain do you want in your life? What are you willing to struggle for? Because that seems to be a greater determinant of how our lives turn out.

Everybody wants to have an amazing job and financial independence — but not everyone wants to suffer through 60-hour work weeks, long commutes, obnoxious paperwork, to navigate arbitrary corporate hierarchies and the blasé confines of an infinite cubicle hell. People want to be rich without the risk, without the sacrifice, without the delayed gratification necessary to accumulate wealth.

Everybody wants to have great sex and an awesome relationship — but not everyone is willing to go through the tough conversations, the awkward silences, the hurt feelings and the emotional psychodrama to get there. And so they settle. They settle and wonder “What if?” for years and years and until the question morphs from “What if?” into “Was that it?” And when the lawyers go home and the alimony check is in the mail they say, “What was that for?” if not for their lowered standards and expectations 20 years prior, then what for?

Because happiness requires struggle. The positive is the side effect of handling the negative. You can only avoid negative experiences for so long before they come roaring back to life.

The goal is stillness, and Yin yoga is a way to practice stillness five minutes at a time. Some people find it very difficult to sit still for a long period of time, but they can do a five minute Yin pose. Yin practice slowly changes their nervous system and it gradually becomes easy for them to sit in meditation. Meditation is scary for many students. They think, “oh, I cannot sit still for 10 or 20 minutes, my mind will explode!” But after they have grown accustomed to five-minute yoga poses, meditation seems a natural extension of their asana practice. Yin yoga is a practice of being calm but alert to what is going on inside, so it is a nice transition from physical movement to meditative stillness. Weekend de final de Noiembrie


si uite ca am ajuns pe ultimii 34 de m (zile pana la finalul anului), in curand impodobim bradul si pregatim cadouri pentru cei dragi…

Dar pana atunci sa ne vedem de ale noastre si sa ne bucuram de fiecare zi! Am zis, am zis:-)
So, in acest weekend prelungit (pentru multi dintre voi) ne vedem la yoga conform orarului:
*azi la ora 17.00, maine la ora 9.00, si luni la ora 17.00

Va doresc un weekend drag, gustos si relaxant!

Practica Yoga in sarcina

~ Daca tocmai ai ramas insarcinata si NU ai mai facut yoga niciodata: NU este acum momentul sa practici vinyasa yoga, power yoga, ashtanga yoga, hatha yoga, etc. (clase solicitante), ci eventual e bine sa cauti clase speciale de prenatal yoga (nu stiu in Cluj sa se faca asa ceva, deci…).
~ Daca tocmai ai ramas insarcinata si esti o veche practicanta de yoga (cel putin un an de practica constanta, nu de doua ori pe luna!) & sarcina ta decurge super lejer (medicul spune asta) atunci poti sa mergi inainte cu practica ta si vei face cateva modificari de ritm si executie + in timp se vor elimina cateva asane – modificari pe care le discuti cu profesorul de yoga.

*profesorii de yoga nu au un super scaner si nu stiu totul despre studenti, chiar e nevoie sa fii propriul tau avocat;
*yoga este o binecuvantare pentru corp & minte si te asteapta dupa ce nasti = nu te stresa daca nu o practici in aceste 9 luni, nici alte cateva miliarde de femei nu o fac asa ca nu este o tragedie:-)
*mai sunt multe de spus la acest subiect dar cred ca deja s-a inteles esentialul:
~esti o veche practicanta = discutam cu mult drag
~nu ai mai practicat yoga = ne vedem peste 9 luni cu la fel de mult drag
