De citit si de retinut!

Din nou imi intrerup pauza (nu-i bai, mi-era dor de blog) fiindca am gasit ceva interesant pentru voi:D

Intotdeauna cand faceti o miscare (indiferent ca vorbim de yoga sau alte sporturi) sa va ganditi in ce masura este natural ceea ce faceti. Mai exact: este natural sa-ti pui picioarele dupa cap, sa stai in maini, sa repeti la infinit sau sa ramai blocat intr-o pozitie minute in sir, sa ridici obsesiv anumite greutati?
Nu, daca era sa fie natural eram inca maimute sau alte animalute cu anumite calitati.

Frumusetea pe care o castigati prin sport la 20-30 de ani si alte calitati care ii fac pe ceilalti sa spuna woaw ce grozav/a este, nu va ajuta cu nimic dupa un timp cand deveniti niste neputinciosi din cauza durerilor.

Practicati cu drag si cu placere – niciodata nu trebuie sa doara miscarea, niciodata nu trebuie sa fortati!
Aveti nevoie de coloana, bazin, genunchi, umeri, etc., si peste 10 sau 20 de ani, deci protejati-le.
